Currently enrolled residential and business customers enjoy price predictability through Columbia's Price Protection Service (PPS). PPS has allowed them to lock in a natural gas supply rate for one year. Columbia will honor all existing service agreements through the end of their term. However, due to a decision to discontinue the PPS service, Columbia is no longer accepting enrollments by new PPS customers or extensions of current PPS service agreements.
